New Student Enrollment Information
Welcome to Bigfork High School!
To enroll at BHS, please pick up an
enrollment packet in the Guidance Office and make an appointment for
enrolling.
In order to enroll at BHS you must have
the following documents with you when you arrive for your appointment:

A Student Transcript
from your previous school(s). The transcript does not have to
be official, but must reflect all courses taken in high school

An Official Birth Certificate
– one from the county or state of birth

An Immunization Record
– to include 3 DPT, 3 Polio, and 2 MMR with last of each received after
student’s 4th birthday*.

Copy of Special Education
Record – current IEP (if applicable).
ENROLLMENT CANNOT PROCEED WITHOUT THE
ABOVE LISTED DOCUMENTS.

Students must have a parent present
with them to register.

If a student is registering with
someone other than a parent, they must have assigned guardianship
papers if the student is under age 18.

Registration cannot proceed without a
parent or guardian.
*If your student is missing any of the above immunizations, please
contact the health department or your child’s doctor before
enrollment.
If you are claiming medical or religious exemption, this
document must be completed before enrollment. The
document requires a doctor’s signature for medical exemption or
notarization for religious exemption. Exemptions must be
renewed before every school year. The form is available from the school
nurse, Guidance Office, health department, or your doctor.
